As it is made in the same way as the Cuvée de Réserve, it quite naturally has the same organoleptic characteristics of this wine.
Dosage liqueur is the only extra ingredient added, at the time of disgorging, thus producing a champagne that is sweeter than the Brut.

This cuvée goes really well with a wide variety of desserts and if you are particularly daring you can serve it with pan-fried foie gras.
