Extra Dry Rosé

When served, the contrast between the whiteness of the mousse and the colour of the wine is striking. This fine mousse highlights the brilliance of the tender-pink and salmon-tinted robe.

The aromatic profile is dominated by small red fruits (raspberries, redcurrants, wild strawberries). A touch of menthol gives it great freshness.

There are also fleshy fruits (ripe apples) and a hint of roses.
The red fruits burst on the palate with a dominance of strawberries. An aniseed and slightly peppery taste also develops.

The dosage is quite high so the wine retains all its freshness.
